The Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals joins the AMRITRC

On May 5, 2025, the Alliance was happy to welcome the Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals (NLCHP) as its newest member. This followed many years of hard work and advocacy by Newfoundland and Labrador medical radiation and imaging technologists (MRITs), leading to the official regulation of their profession on May 1, 2025. NLCP was approved as the Alliance's eighth member during the Board of Directors meeting in Jasper, Alberta.

Officers Elected for 2025/2026

The Alliance of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists Regulators of Canada (AMRITRC) is pleased to announce the election of officers for the 2025-2026 year:

Debbie Schatz, Vice-President (Executive Director and Registrar, College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan)
Christine Power, Secretary-Treasurer (Executive Director & Registrar, New Brunswick Regulatory College of Medical Radiation Technologists)
